Terms and Conditions

              These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a contract between Time Owner Motors ("Company") and its customers ("Customers"). By accessing or using the information and services provided by the Company, Customers agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this Agreement.

1. Information and Services:

   a. The Company provides information and services related to automotive sales and financing.

   b. The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or services.

   c. Customers are responsible for their use of the information and services provided by the Company.

2. Customer Responsibilities:

   a. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when using the Company's services.

   b. Customers must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities while using the Company's services.

   c. Customers must not violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Company's services.

   d. Customers must not interfere with or disrupt the Company's services or networks.

3. Refund and Return Policy:

   a. All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any refunds or returns unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

   b. For in-house financing sales, the Company provides a 15-day warranty on the purchased vehicle.

   c. The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions that arise within 15 days from the date of purchase.

   d. Customers must notify the Company within the warranty period to initiate any warranty claims.

   e. The Company reserves the right to inspect and assess the claimed defect or malfunction before approving any warranty claims.

   f. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

4. Limitation of Liability:

   a. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its information and services.

   b. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles resulting from the use of its services.

   c. The Company shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided.

5. Modification of Terms:

   a. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

   b. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement to stay informed of any changes.

By accessing or using the Company's information and services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
